We are manufacturing Semi-Automatic Metal Cutting Bandsaw Machines from cutting capacity Ø175 mm to Ø600 mm.

• Hydraulic operated vice to clamp the workpiece firmly. Automatic vice operation reduces the operator fatigue and increases the efficiency of operator.

• Precise and easy hydraulic feed control facilitates the smoother, faster and accurate cutting.

• Coolant pump is auto operated along with machine on/off, so no worries of accidental blade damage due to cutting friction.

• Hydraulic controlled auto up and down movement of blade saw arm.

• Auto machine off at the end of cut and saw arm lifts up automatically.

• All materials ranging from very hard to very soft can be cut easily.

• It can cut round bars, flats, angles, channels, pipes etc.

• It can cut various types of metals such as Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel.

• Bi-metal blade gives faster, smoother and precise cutting.​

• All the machines are fitted with spring tension to adjust the load of upper body which facilitates the ease of operation for various size and types of materials.
